"I was looking for a place in downtown Manhattan on a budget with a little dog. Not easy! Joe was of great help. He showed me my apartment, negotiated with my management company about the dog and rent. I had questions after questions. Trust me, there were a lot! But Joe was very patient with me and got answers to them all, was responsive and followed through even after lease sign. He introduced me to the super, building handyman, etc. I have been in my apartment a month now and I love it and so does my dog. We have a garden, the neighbors are awesome and the East Village neighborhood is the best in my opinion. Thanks, Joe for all your help in getting me this awesome apartment for a reasonable rent!"
