We are offering our agents two split options - Alpha Pro 1 and Alpha Pro 2 - guaranteed to earn you tens of thousands of extra dollars EVERY year!

Both formulas are very easy to understand and are interchangeable, so you always have the option to transfer between the two.

Alpha Pro 1 - 100% Commission

Each agent pays a low monthly membership charge of $499. You will receive your own work station with full access to all our services. Your transaction charge is only paid when you complete a deal.

* ALL RENTAL DEALS HAVE A TRANSACTION CHARGE OF $360.
* ALL SALES DEALS HAVE A TRANSACTION CHARGE OF $1000.

 

Alpha Pro 2 - The 0/100 Formula

With this profit-driven structure, you will be on a 70% split for any rental or sale deal with no membership charge or any transaction charge. Once you've reached $100,000 in gross commissions, you keep 100% of the rest! What's the catch? None!

Following are two examples that show what you save every year when you work with Alpha as opposed to other brokerages that offer less of a split. You can also use our handy calculator to compute your exact income.

EXAMPLE 1: ALPHA PRO 1

Let's say you make $120,000 in rental and sales deals in 2018. By doing 30 rental deals ($3000 average commission per deal) + 3 sales deals (each with $10,000 commission), here's how your numbers would look:

In a 50/50 Payout Firm:

$90,000 Gross Commission in Rentals = Your net pay is $45,000
$30,000 Gross Commission in Sales = Your net pay is $15,000

Your total pay for 2018 = $60,000.

With Alpha Pro 1:

$90,000 Gross in 30 Rental Deals = Your net pay is $79,200 (30 deals x $399 = $11,970. $90,000 - $11,970 = $78,030)
$30,000 Gross in Sales Deals = Net pay of $27,000 (3 deals = $3000. $30,000 - $3000 = $27,000)
Minus annual membership service of $5988

Your total pay in 2018 is $99,042

You are making 65% more by doing the same exact work!

EXAMPLE 2: ALPHA PRO 2

Once again, if you make $120,000 in rental and sales deals in 2013, with 30 rental deals ($3000 average commission per deal) + 3 sales deals (each with $10,000 commission), here's how those numbers would look:

In a 50/50 Payout Firm:

$90,000 Gross Commission in Rentals = Your net pay is $45,000
$30,000 Gross Commission in Sales = Your net pay is $15,000

Your total pay for 2018 = $60,000.

With Alpha Pro 2:

70% pay for the first $100,000 gross commission = Your net pay is $70,000
100% pay for the reminder of $20,000 commission = Your net pay is $20,000

Your total pay for 2018 is $90,000

You are making 50% more by doing the same exact work, plus you always have the ability to make excellent income by keeping 100% of any income above 100K! In addition, you can reduce the $100K ceiling when recruiting a new or a veteran agent.
