Battery Park

One of the newest neighborhoods of New York, Battery Park City (BPC) is located along the Hudson River just west of the highway (West Street), from Chambers Street down to Battery Park itself. The area began as an urban revitalization plan and is now a sought-after living destination that offers waterfront views, plentiful outdoor spaces, beautiful greenery and quaint paths. As impressive are its towering full-service buildings, abundant shops and diversity of restaurants.

Battery Park neighbors but is set apart from the Financial District known for its more hectic pace. BPC residents are treated to generously-sized apartments in buildings that often feature attractive Manhattan apartment amenities like doormen, elevators, outdoor space, parking and more. BPC is also laced with plenty of things to do, from recreational areas to the WIntergarden Mall and Regal Multiplex Cinema, to the park of the same name where you can enjoy walks along the Hudson River. The area features a major public school (Stuyvesant High School), and transportation includes the 1, 2 and 3 trains, R subway line plus a few bus lines. Several pedestrian bridges cross to the Financial District as well.
