My fiancé and I met Nathan for a viewing of a specific listing we found on StreetEasy. While there, we told him what kind of space we were looking for. He immediately told us about an apartment he could show us in a few days, that had not been listed yet, and it completely changed the course of our search! Before, we were not looking in high-rise luxury buildings, but thankfully Nathan introduced us to something we didn’t think was in our price range. He worked tirelessly with us to find a unit that suited our needs. He showed us many apartments until we found the right one! Nathan was patient, responsive, and super friendly. He worked around our schedule and was an encouraging force during our apartment hunt. He always reassured us that we would be able to find something together. We got approved for an amazing place and it wouldn’t have happened without Nathan! He even negotiated for us to pay the net effective rent each month, which saved us lots of money on our security deposit and is better for our budgets. Our experience with Alpha Properties was great. Joe and Nathan were both very attentive and responsive to our many questions throughout the process. Finding an apartment in New York City can be overwhelming and difficult but Joe and Nathan were able to navigate us through very easily.
