My Moto: Turning the property search into a focused, useful but fun journey! Born in Haifa, one of the largest cities in Israel, Gilad got to breath, live and understand Big City Dynamics. Arriving to the states many years ago, living in Manhattan, earned him the wide spectrum observation into people's Habitat needs. A big believer in a good old fashion open conversation, Gilad tours the Big Apple with his clients chatting about good books, new movies, special places to dine or a new show in town, Getting to know the true person behind the client and their true real estate needs. Spending 4 years in Nautical college, 3 years in the Israeli Defense Force , 4 years in one of the best schools in Israel for Performing Arts (Beit Zvi), Owner of his own Transportation company, and a father of his 6 year old son, Gilad developed huge amount of life experience, Combined with his natural quality of being a "people's person" provides him the magic touch while performing his Real Estate job of matching people with their new home. Gilad knows the neighborhoods of Murray Hill, Kips Bay, Gramercy Park, and Midtown East like the back of his hand, very adamant about the trust he earns from his many clients, Trust that turns into long term relationships in many cases, Believing in providing his clients "The Whole Nine Yards" service, Turns him into a true professional in his field.
